Introduction:

Featuring well-known Chinese and international special assets experts, and in partnership with banks, asset management companies and leading firms in the special assets industry, the Research Center for Special Assets provides a leading platform for research and academic exchange in the field of special assets. With the investigation of the pricing mechanism and the method and efficiency of the disposal of special assets as its major responsibilities, the center created a special assets case study library, established data infrastructure for the special assets industry and is also the organizer of the China Special Assets 50 Forum. The center provides advices to the central government and regulators, offers intellectual support for the development and innovation of the special assets industry, and provides comprehensive professional services to leading special assets enterprises.
