Introduction:
The center is the executive agency of the coordination working group for the framework cooperation agreement between the Government Debt Research and Evaluation Special Work Office of the Ministry of Finance, the National Institution for Finance & Development (NIFD), and the University of CASS. The center is dedicated to research on the formation mechanism of government debts in China; debt risk prevention and mitigation; international comparison; government bond standardization and innovation; government debt management, monitoring and evaluation, as well as fiscal and financial policy coordination.
