Message
2015年以来，在房地产去库存政策刺激下，房价轮番出现上涨，有效扭转了2014年前后房价持续下跌的趋势。但房地产市场的特点决定了房地产去库存政策只能是短期的权宜之计，不宜长期使用，现在应该逐步退出。
