中国股票上市制度改革的基本方向
摘要：本研究报告系统分析了发达国家股票市场上市制度特征及其对我国的借鉴意义。在此基础上，有针对性地提出了中国股票市场上市制度的改革方向。报告认为，发达国家股票市场是建立在市场竞争基础上的多元化上市制度，体现出对拟上市企业更好的包容性，值得我国借鉴。但我国股票市场的现实基础，又决定了改革不可能一蹴而就，上市制度改革既要适应当前国内企业特点，也应与我国建设多层次股权融资市场的战略目标相契合。
Abstract：We analyze listing regimes of developed stock markets and their reference meanings on China. On this basis, we raise the reform direction of China stock market's listing regimes. We believe that diversified listing regimes of developed markets depend on better competition environment, and are more inclusive than China stock market. But the condition of China market still can't support the reform completed in a short period. The reform should satisfy present characters of civil firms and targets of constructing multi-level capital market.
